Thought your kid outgrew the sharing circle? It's back!Just in time for middle school.

Circle Time is a social support group for girls and non-binary kids in 6th-8th grades. Our meetings will focus on building confidence and emotional resilience by allowing time to talk and bond in a non- judgmental space. The group is recommended for sensitive kids who are respectful with peers and are ready to participate!

We talk about what's going on in their world and investigate different ways to deal with it. We listen to music, draw and hang out while embracing differences and questioning assumptions. In structured discussions, kids collaborate by sharing what works for them when they're feeling stressed and asking the group (and therapist) for help with their challenges.

A short intake questionnaire is required to assess whether the group is a good fit for your tween. The group is limited in size due to space. 

Next group will start April 1 and meet Mondays at 4:30 PM. Location is a small therapy office in downtown South Orange.

Fee is $240 for 6 weeks.
